The DrawFoundry idea

Public data is everywhere. A clear decision is harder.

DrawFoundry is being built as the decision layer between complicated application information and the person trying to make a smart annual plan. Less searching. Less spreadsheet work. More clarity about what deserves your attention.

What you receive

A research plan, not another spreadsheet.

Shortlist first

A concise Top Choice, Alternative and Backup based on the preferences you provide.

Historical context

Relevant historical draw and harvest information organized so you can compare options quickly.

Clear next steps

What deserves more research, what needs current-year verification and where the tradeoffs are.

Didn't draw? See the next pathways.

When applicable, your report can also organize current official information about remaining license pathways—such as secondary-draw, leftover, reissued, or OTC availability—so you know what categories are still worth checking with the state agency.

How it works

Five minutes in. A much clearer plan out.

01 / PROFILE

Tell us what matters

Species, residency, points, season category, schedule, travel limits and broad trip preferences.

02 / RESEARCH

We organize the public data

We review relevant current and historical public information against the constraints in your profile.

03 / REPORT

Get the short version

Your PDF is designed to be scanned quickly: shortlist, comparison, evidence and verification items.

Post-draw planning

If Plan A doesn't happen, the report doesn't stop there.

A useful application plan should also tell you where to look next. When relevant for the species, season, residency and current year, we'll organize the official remaining-license pathways that may still be available after the primary draw.

Secondary draw

See whether the current official secondary-draw process is relevant to your situation, along with the dates and eligibility information you need to verify.

Leftover & reissued

Understand where the state publishes remaining or reissued licenses and which current rules and release dates require attention.

OTC availability

When an over-the-counter license category is legally available and relevant, the report can flag that pathway and point you back to the current official rules and availability information.

Availability and rules can change by species, season, residency, unit and year. The report organizes official information; it does not guarantee that a particular license will be available.

FAQ

Before you order

Is this an official state wildlife product?

No. This is an independent research-organizing service and is not affiliated with Colorado Parks & Wildlife. Current official regulations and agency information control.

Does the report guarantee I will draw?

No. Historical draw information can change with quotas, applicant demand, regulations and other factors. Historical information is context, not a prediction or guarantee.

Why pay when public information is available?

The value is time savings and organization. The service is designed for people who would rather receive a concise comparison than assemble the same research from multiple public sources themselves.

What if I don't draw my primary option?

When applicable, the report can organize current official information about secondary-draw, leftover, reissued, and OTC license pathways. Availability varies by year and customer situation, so current state-agency information must always be verified.

What happens during the beta?

Beta customers receive the reduced price in exchange for feedback. That feedback will determine what is worth automating and what should stay out of the product.
